The Most Encouraging Moms to Follow on Instagram

April 2, 2025 by Alexa Bontrager

Today is FUN! I’m sharing 10 of my favorite moms to follow on Instagram. They inspire, encourage, and uplift. Many of them are entrepreneurs and most love Jesus. I believe it’s so important the content you’re filling your mind with. It’s directly affected by who you follow. I’ve recently done a cleanse on Instagram, unfollowing people who I compare myself with or don’t enjoy following, and replacing with people who build me up, encourage me, and make me laugh. So I want to inspire and encourage you to do the same! Here are some of my favorite encouraging mom’s to follow on Instagram!

1. Melissa Hughes (@melissaleahughes)

Melissa Hughes is genuinely a sunshine. She loves Jesus and people and teaches you how to do the same. She has her own business called Rise. It’s purpose is to help moms develop a personal brand so YOU can make money online too! She’s a mom of two which makes her very relatable. She gives practical helpful tips that are applicable to your life immediately. She’s truly a sunny spot on the internet and I would 10/10 recommend following her.

2. Courtney (@shopcourtneyy)

I LOVE Courtney. She’s so raw and authentic in her posts and stories. But also adorable and funny. She has the best style and literally thrifts everything. She’s the thrift queen, some may say. And even sells her thrifty clothes finds. She started her own jewelry collection ”boujee and affordable” in her words. And it’s SO pretty. I’m obsessed with her collections. She has a year and a half (ish) year old son and is pregnant with another boy! So all the boy mom content.

3. Kelsi Fullmer (@fullmhouse)

Honestly, her and her husband are just hilarious. Definitely one of my most favorite moms to follow on Instagram. It’s clean, wholesome fun. She’s a mom of 4 so her posts are relatable and entertaining. Her and her husband try new things every Tuesday and they always crack me up. My husband even thinks she’s funny (which is saying something). If you need a good laugh, definitely give her a follow!

4. Lydia Winter (@lydiawinterxo)

Lydia is a mom of two adorable little girls. She loves Jesus. Her content is pure and wholesome. Her page is so aesthetic. It’s very inspiring. She’s the queen of thrifting the cutest things. She has the best style – in her clothes and decorating her house. She does really fun, creative diy’s that inspire others to do the same!

5. Jaden Roberts McGrew (@jadenmcgrew)

Honestly, she’s adorable and so relatable. She’s a teacher and a mom to one baby girl. She loves Jesus. She posts funny, wholesome lifestyle content and I love following her.

6. Taylor Blair (@Taylorannblair)

Taylor is honestly one of my favorite follow’s. She posts lifestyle content – outfits, home decor, what she’s making for dinner, etc. Her stories are so entertaining and relatable. She’s raw and real and needs to be an influencer. She’s a mom (to her one year old daughter), she loves Jesus, and honestly cracks me up.

7. Morgan Martin (@morganreneemcintyre)

I love Morgan. She’s adorable and hilarious. Genuinely will make you laugh out loud. She’s a mom of 2, loves Jesus, and posts all the clean swaps. Also just lifestyle and relatable content. She is an entrepreneur and the author of a best seller book “Healing Empty Hands” which talks all about her miscarriage journey. She’s authentic, relatable, and genuinely one of my favorite follows.

8. Kristin John’s (@kristinjohns)

Kristin is just a pure soul. She posts lifestyle content from lattes and baking to thrifting, decorating, her family, and more. She has the actual cutest style. All of her outfits are so fun. She decorates her home beautifully and has the best routine to keep it clean. She’s genuine and funny. She loves Jesus, is a mom of two, and the author of “Growing Seasons.” She’s an entrepreneur but prioritizes being a mom to her 2 kids. Huge fan.

9. Karalynn Call (@just.ingredients)

Karalynne is a mom to 6 and founder of Just Ingredients – a beauty and supplement line made of truly clean ingredients. She is a Certified Nutritionist and a wealth of knowledge. She overcame severe depression by seeking to treat the root cause through health. Her social media presence is motivated by wanting to educate others how to do the same. She creates nutrition products that nourish your body AND taste good, and beauty products made with clean ingredients that actually work. She offers practical tips for improving your overall health and wellbeing. She’s all about educating and empowering the every day mom (and dad) to improve your quality of life – starting with what you put in your mouth. She is so encouraging and uplifting, I honestly couldn’t recommend her more.

10. Bridget Teyler (@builttobirth)

Bridget is one of my most favorite moms to follow on Instagram. She has 3 children of her own. Her mission is to help mama’s have the natural birth they want, she believes we were built to birth (I agree). She offers amazing advice for mamas during pregnancy and in labor and delivery. Her tips are practical and doable in the comfort of your home. She loves Jesus and created Christian meditations that I LOVE and practiced for my own son’s birth. I honestly used so many of her tips for my pregnancy and birth. (Check out my birth story here!) If you’re planning to have more babies, definitely follow her!
